Beyond the possibility that Trump's 2016 presidential run was initially motivated by nothing more than a Gwen Stefani-motivated feud with NBC, it isn't easy to imagine how anyone could've thought he was spurred on by anything other than personal aggrandizement. As such, the incredibly tragic figure Donald Trump may be likened to the Dead Sea: he takes in plenty but gives back nothing.
